What we collect

• When you order on this website: your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send us and our replies, and the time of each message. WhatsApp also tells us whether our messages were delivered and read.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and take and deliver your orders.
• To keep a record of our conversation, so we do not ask you the same thing twice.
• Some WhatsApp replies may be written automatically by our own assistant. A member of our team can always take over the conversation.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to serving you.

Who can see it

• Our own staff, only as far as they need it to serve you.
• WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages between you and us, under WhatsApp's own terms.
• Our web host, where our system and its database are stored.

We share it with no one else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our business and accounts. WhatsApp conversations are kept while you remain our customer. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
