How ordering, prices, delivery, payment and returns work when you buy on MUVAPA. Last updated 1 October 2026.
Who you are buying from
MUVAPA is an online marketplace. The products on MUVAPA are sold by WigHaven Rwanda, which confirms, prepares and delivers your order.
Orders
- Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. Our staff contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm every order before it is prepared or sent.
- If a product, colour or size is no longer available, we tell you when we confirm and you can change or cancel the order.
- Custom orders (for example a customized wig) are agreed with you directly before we start.
Prices and promotions
- Prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF). The price shown on this website is the price for orders placed on this website, and may differ from prices in the shop or on social media.
- Some products have quantity prices (for example 1–2 pieces, 3–4 pieces, 5 or more). The price is set by the total number of pieces of that product in your cart, across all its colours and sizes.
- Promotions run until the date shown on the product, or while stock lasts.
Payment
For now, payment is arranged with our staff when they confirm your order. We will never ask for your card details or passwords in a WhatsApp message.
Delivery and pickup
- Free pickup at our shop in Nyabugogo, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
- Delivery in Kigali costs 1,000 RWF (central), 2,000 RWF (outer areas) or 3,000 RWF (far areas).
- Delivery to the provinces costs 1,500 RWF to the bus station of your town.
- Urgent delivery adds 1,000 RWF.
- Some products come with free delivery. If your order includes one of them, delivery is free for the whole order.
Returns and refunds
If you receive a product with a defect, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. Please keep the product in the condition you received it.
